It was nice to come home to Oaxaca and think, “yes, finally.?/p>

I was a little worried, actually, I have this bad habit of getting sick of places, or wanting the next, new, big thing. After a month of travel from Spain to Thailand to Japan and back again, I felt relieved. Happy. This is my place.

And as someone on my Facebook wall said, “If you like it so much, you should have stayed.?/p>

Indeed. But then how would I know?

We've all been in creative slumps, it's just something that happens. Inspiration runs out, but the good news is there are many different ways you can find it again to give your creativity an extra boost. One of the most important things is to keep an open mind and a positive attitude. Stay open to learning new things, trying new things, and seeing things with a different perspective. When you're curious and willing to explore the world around you, you can find inspiration just about anywhere.

Creativity and inspiration can strike at any time, and often they like to reveal itself at the most inconvenient moments. Whether it's walking home from work, cleaning out the car, or buying groceries -- sometimes just a noise, image, or person can inspire an amazing idea. Without a notebook handy, those brilliant ideas can just disappear into thin air. Well, that is until you hop into the shower.

In this composition, the composer strived for a similar experience of encountering an (musical) object. This quest led to a research-oriented approach towards the musical material ?an approach in which the chosen musical material is employed as a singular object investigated several times throughout the time-continuum of the piece.

In other words, the musical material is regarded as a prism viewed from different angles and under different lightings. Hence, the musical material is not used as a departure point that would ‘lead somewhere? an entity that needs to be ‘developed? ‘processed?and eventually ‘transformed?into something else.

My online blogging course, Blog Brilliantly is one of the items in the Paradise Pack that goes on sale today ?a part of a 7-day flash sale that bundles $2000 worth of ebooks and online courses together for just $197.

If you follow a ton of travel blogs, you’ll likely see this HYPED like crazy over the next week. (The website says, “Ready to travel more, work from anywhere and live your dream lifestyle???I love their enthusiasm, but that’s a pretty big promise.) I know when I see stuff like that, the messaging can prevent me from reading further, but I actually think in this case it’s a really good deal. My online course runs for $249 normally, so just that alone makes it’s a decent discount. However, if some of the other items are useful to you, then even better.

I got an advance copy of all the materials in the pack, and to help you make a decision (and perhaps bring down the hyperbole a bit) I’m doing a quick, real-world, no hype summary of each product. If it’s for you, great, go here to purchase. If not that’s cool too. I just want people to hear what’s included and decide if there’s enough stuff that pertains to them. Not everything will.

This is what I wear in a really hot summer day when I have a lot to do and walk around the city.

This casual dress from Romwe is super sweet and also great for high temperatures. I have paired it with a pair of vintage boots and a black practical backpack. I am off to the carpenter that is helping us do a table out of a vintage door. Can’t wait to show you the result. Have a great week-end!

Hi guys! Today I'm teaming up with White House Black Market to show how I wear the same classic cool outfit, three different ways. All three of these outfits I'd wear to work, whether you have a 9-5 or not, depending on the day. In addition, I'm also sharing three of my favorite go-to makeup looks that I paired with each outfit.

First things first, I adore these two pieces: a drapey white button down and a pair of relaxed black pants. In my opinion, two staples that belong in every closet! The possibilities are endless and whether you're going for a more casual look or something dressed up, there's nothing more versatile.
